So much has happened since my last post, I can hardly even begin to do a "catch up." However, starting today, I will try and be better about keeping up with this blog.
A brief update is in order.
Trinity seems to be loving school. Her favorite thing is taking field trips and Science with Dr. Beall. Yesterday, in the car, she asked if she could write down all the homophones she could think of..."for fun."
Micah is LOVING Ms. Amy and Ms. Jennifer at the Child Development Center she is attending. Her favorite thing is Stretch and Grow. We found out yesterday that she has the Swine Flu (lovely) which has infected --
Emory, who...loves her teachers at the Development Center as well. Her favorite things are sucking her thumb, playing with her baby, and giving treats to Little--the dog.
We are all faring well and are happy we were hit with this flu early. The entire family is being treated with Tamiflu (Emory and Micah a higher dose.) It has been very mild, and we are thankful for that. I guess Michael Chrichton was right in his book State of Fear...the media has made us totally crazy at the mention of piggy such illnesses, but we are finding that paying attention and getting treatment seems to be kicking it quick. Another update soon!
See this http://www.everydayhealth.com/swine-flu.aspx for great information about the H1N1 virus aka Swine Flu.

oh, no. So sorry you guys have the flu in your home. We had to take Selah on Friday to the Dr., but thank goodness it was only strep, not like that's less contagious, but so far she's been the only one.... How do you keep the girls from kissing and hugging on each other. That was the hardest thing, to try to get Selah to understand she couldn't kiss and hug Rinnah while she was contagious!
I'm so sorry to hear that you all have been plagued with the flu (however, so good to hear that the cases are mild).
I love the picture at the top of the post. Matt's looking awfully dapper and Miss T is quite stylish with her yellow shoes. Wonder where she gets that from??? :)
Miss you. Love you.
Oh no, I am so sorry that you guys are going through all of this. But, very glad to hear they are mild cases. Miss and Love you!!
